The Adept Heavy Duty Cable Roller Stand is our most popular cable stand and is supplied complete with long-lasting powder-coated ‘safety’ yellow support frames and galvanized steel axle. For added safety the A Frames can be locked into position on the axle thumb-screws, when the reels of cable are in position. This feature also allows for quick dismantling for transporting or storage, when the job is done. With the A-Frames locked into position 100mm (4″) in from each end of the axle, the Adept Heavy Duty Cable Stand also provides a convenient means, for two people to transport rolls of heavy cable around a building site.
This versatile cable support has capacity for multiple rolls of cable to be paid out at the same time. As the drum of cable can only free-wheel in one direction, the cable unrolls without twisting or tangling – Electrical and telecommunication installations are completed faster and safer. All Adept cable supports are designed and manufactured in Australia using robot welding technology and quality Australian steel. The maximum Cable Roll size is 1000mm (40″) diameter and the cable stand has been tested to 120kg (265lb).
